1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and creikx ("we", "us", "our", "the Platform"). By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the creikx website at creikx.net, you confirm that you have read and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, including any policies incorporated herein by reference, such as the Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming Policy.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately discontinue your use of the creikx platform. Continued use of the site following any published amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the updated version.

creikx reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where a material change is made, we will endeavour to notify registered players by email or on-site notification. The "Last updated" date at the top of this document will always reflect the most recent revision. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

2 Eligibility & Age Restriction

Use of the creikx platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be satisfied at the time of registration and must continue to be satisfied throughout your membership:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. creikx strictly enforces the 18+ age requirement and will not permit play by any person under the age of 18, regardless of jurisdiction.
• You must be accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is not explicitly prohibited for your personal use.
• You must be acting on your own behalf as a private individual. Registering on behalf of a third party, syndicate, or business entity is not permitted without express written authorisation from creikx.

• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under applicable law.

3 Account Registration & Verification

3.1 Registration

To access real-money games and betting markets on creikx, you must register a single personal account. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and a valid mobile number linked to your bKash, Nagad, or other registered payment method.

You may not hold more than one account on creikx. Duplicate accounts are prohibited and will result in the closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances held therein. If you have accidentally created a duplicate account, you must notify us immediately.

3.2 Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. creikx will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or any other channel. You must not share your account credentials with any third party. Any activity carried out under your account credentials is your responsibility, whether or not it was authorised by you.

4 Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

creikx supports deposits and withdrawals via the following locally available payment channels: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, and BRAC Bank. All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. No hidden processing fees are applied to standard deposit transactions.

4.2 Deposits

Deposits are credited to your creikx wallet in real time upon successful confirmation from your payment provider. creikx is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment infrastructure, network outages, or maintenance windows at your mobile banking provider. In the event of an unresolved discrepancy, please contact our support team with your transaction reference number.

4.3 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed to your registered payment method only. You may not withdraw funds to a payment method that is not registered under your verified identity. The standard processing time for withdrawals to bKash and Nagad is 10 to 30 minutes during normal operating hours. Withdrawals to bank accounts may take 1 to 3 business days depending on the receiving institution.

creikx reserves the right to delay or decline a withdrawal pending satisfactory completion of KYC verification, or where we have reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, money laundering, or a breach of these Terms.

4.4 Currency

All balances, bets, winnings, bonuses, and transaction amounts displayed on the creikx platform are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT), represented by the ৳ symbol. creikx does not accept deposits in foreign currencies. Any conversion charges applied by your bank or mobile operator before funds reach creikx are your responsibility.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Terms

From time to time, creikx offers bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, reload promotions, and tournament prizes to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms stated at the time of the offer, including applicable wagering requirements. In the event of any conflict between a specific bonus term and these general Terms, the specific bonus term shall prevail for that promotion only.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds and any winnings derived from bonus play are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn as cash. The applicable wagering multiplier will be clearly stated in each promotion's specific terms. Unless stated otherwise, bonus funds must be wagered before real-money funds are used. Contributions toward wagering requirements vary by game type — slots typically contribute 100%, while live table games and sports betting markets may contribute at a lower rate.

5.3 Bonus Eligibility

A player found to be exploiting bonus terms — including through the use of multiple accounts, coordinated play with other accounts, or systematic low-risk wagering strategies solely to clear bonus requirements — will have their bonus voided and may face account restrictions.

5.4 Promotional Validity

All bonuses carry an expiry period, stated in the individual promotion terms. Bonus funds or free spins not used within the stated validity period will be forfeited automatically. creikx seasonal promotions — including those tied to Eid, Pohela Boishakh, BPL tournaments, and ICC events — are subject to the same general bonus rules unless explicitly stated otherwise.

6 Gameplay Rules & Fair Use

6.1 Game Integrity

Malfunction voids all pays and plays. creikx's decision regarding the outcome of any disputed round affected by a technical fault is final.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the creikx platform. Engaging in any of the actions listed below will result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and may be reported to relevant authorities where required by law:

• Registering more than one account, including accounts under different names, email addresses, or mobile numbers.
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using the platform for any money laundering activity, including depositing funds derived from criminal activity.
• Exploiting software bugs, game glitches, or platform vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings derived from a known or exploited glitch are void.
• Using automated bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any software designed to interact with the platform in place of a human player.
• Colluding with other players in poker, live table games, or any other competitive format to gain an unfair advantage.
• Charging back or reversing a deposit transaction through your payment provider after those funds have been used for gambling activity.
• Harassing, abusing, or threatening any member of the creikx support team or any other player on the platform.
• Accessing the platform while subject to a valid self-exclusion order.

8 Account Suspension & Closure

8.1 Voluntary Closure

You may request to close your creikx account at any time by contacting our support team via live chat or by emailing [email protected]. Before closure, any pending withdrawal requests will be processed to your registered payment method. Once closed, your account cannot be re-opened for a minimum of 30 days. If your account closure is linked to responsible gambling concerns, the cooling-off period may be extended.

8.2 Suspension by creikx

creikx reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Suspected or confirmed breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Suspicious transaction patterns suggesting money laundering or fraud.
• Reasonable belief that the account holder is under 18 years of age.
• Receipt of a chargeback or payment dispute from the account holder's payment provider.
• Court order, regulatory directive, or law enforcement request.

8.3 Effect of Closure

Upon account closure — whether voluntary or initiated by creikx — your right to access the platform terminates immediately. Where closure results from a breach of these Terms, any remaining balance may be forfeited. Where closure is voluntary and no breach has occurred, any verified balance will be returned to your registered payment method net of any outstanding bonus wagering obligations. Sections of these Terms that by their nature survive termination — including those relating to intellectual property, limitation of liability, and governing law — shall continue to apply after your account is closed.
